There is an option to generate xml after filling the form. Once the xml is successfully generated upload it on the same site. Digital signature is not required but in case u have one ... awesome!!
You will immediately get a pdf e-mailed to you. Take a Printout of it, sign it and post it to b;lore by ordinary post. Wasn't that simple!!! okie i agree it is not simple and straightforward and there are better ways of doing the same but guys.... at least we s/w engineers are take that extra step.
